Matt DeSalvo serves as President and Head of Hurricane Advisor Solutions, where he leads the firm’s advisor platform strategy, client experience programs, and business development initiatives. Matt brings over 30 years of experience operating profitable business lines at global financial institutions while managing senior client relationships and recruiting high-performing teams.

Prior to Hurricane Advisor Solutions, Matt was a Senior Managing Director in the Equities divisions at Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, and Mizuho Securities, where he led revenue growth and strategic client coverage across institutional markets.

Matt serves on the Boards of Directors for the Notre Dame Wall Street Committee, the Notre Dame Minority Scholarship Committee, the Wake Forest Board of Visitors, the Brunswick School Board, and the National Organization of Investment Professionals.

He holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Florida State University.
