Chris Napoli serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Hurricane Group, where he oversees firm-wide strategy, investment leadership, and global platform expansion. Chris also serves as Co-CIO of the firm’s flagship investment product, the Hurricane Hunter Fund.

Before co-founding Hurricane Capital, Chris spent nearly a decade building and leading high-performance global trading and financing operations. From 2013 to 2021, he served as Head of Global Trading, Financing Operations, Global Syndicate, and Counterparty Relationship Management at Eastbay Capital, where he developed deep expertise in specialty international financing across Emerging Asia, Pan-Europe, and global synthetic markets.

Prior to Eastbay, Chris was a cross-asset trader for Diamondback Capital, responsible for global equities, FX, fixed income, derivatives, and futures, in addition to securities lending and financing strategy for the firm’s international business lines. He began his trading career as part of the Treasury Alternatives / Government Agency & Rates desk at Incapital, following early foundational experience in the Merrill Lynch Associate Program.

Chris holds a BBA (2005) and an MBA in Finance (2007) from the University of Miami.
