Rob Bergman serves as Director of Technology and Systems for Hurricane Advisor Solutions, where he leads the firm’s global technology strategy, systems architecture, and data governance across highly regulated operating environments. He brings more than 18 years of leadership experience spanning systems integration, enterprise data management, and the design of secure, scalable technology platforms.

Prior to joining Hurricane, Rob held senior leadership roles at Northrop Grumman and L3Harris, where he directed modernization initiatives supporting the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. His background includes designing and overseeing enterprise control frameworks, implementing end-to-end data integrity and security architectures, and leading complex, cross-functional programs in mission-critical environments.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami, along with dual master’s degrees—an MBA and a Master of Science in Information Systems & Technology Management—from the University of Delaware.
