Rob Bergman serves as the CCO for Hurricane Advisor Solutions, where he leads the firm’s global compliance program, supervisory framework, and regulatory governance standards. Rob brings over 18 years of leadership experience in systems integration, data management, and enterprise controls across highly regulated environments.

Before joining Hurricane, Rob held senior roles within Northrop Grumman and L3Harris, where he directed secure, scalable modernization initiatives for the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. His background includes designing and overseeing operational risk frameworks, implementing end-to-end data integrity controls, and leading cross-functional programs in mission-critical settings.

Rob holds a BBA from the University of Miami and dual master’s degrees—an MBA and an MS in Information Systems & Technology Management—from the University of Delaware.
