Roy Martins serves on the Advisory Board of Hurricane Advisor Solutions, where he provides strategic guidance on international expansion, institutional relationship development, and platform positioning across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Based in London, Roy brings over 30 years of leadership experience building and scaling market-leading businesses across global financing, prime services, equity derivatives, and multi-asset sales within the alternative investment industry.

Roy previously served as Chief Business Officer at PGIM Wadhwani. Prior to this role, he built and led high-performing business lines at several global financial institutions, including serving as Head of EMEA Financing Products at Morgan Stanley from 1995 to 2007, Head of Prime Services EMEA and Global Financing Products at Credit Suisse from 2007 to 2014, Head of EMEA Equity and Global Delta One Sales at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2014 to 2018, and Head of EMEA Markets Sales and Client Relationship Management at Mizuho from 2019 to 2022.

Roy holds a BSc from King’s College London and an MBA jointly awarded by London Business School and The Wharton School. Outside the industry, he served as Chair of Pratham UK, a leading children’s education charity, and was selected to carry the Olympic Torch in 2012 in recognition of his contribution.
